I remember hearing the news that Kurt Cobain had killed himself in 1994. I was a sophomore in high school, and Nirvana was one of my favorite bands. I remember thinking to myself, “Why did he do that?”. Back then I didn’t have enough life experience yet to understand what real suffering was.
Unfortunately, we will never know what Kurt was feeling/thinking in those final moments before he shot himself. His brief 27 years here on Earth brought music that will last forever, though.
